"Please find below examples of the pigeons housed at Windmill View Lofts. Quality and not Quantity is kept, with 12 pairs of stock birds and 16 pairs in the racing shed.  Shown below are eight pairs at stock, starting with "Young Hawk" & "Polly", then four pairs which are currently in the racing shed.  A full colour stud book, containing all my pigeons can be obtained by sending £3 to the address given on the contacts page."

The Montage above shows the North Derbyshire Fed's Young Bird Average Winners in year 2004 - this is the only season I have competed in every race since re-starting in the sport. In that year I won 8 x 1 st Club', 6 x 2nd Club's e.t.c. plus 5 x 1 st's and 5 x 2nd's in the Club's 2 bird nomination race (some would call that 13 x 1 st's & 11 x 2nd's), flying in the Crich & District H.S, which was the Fed's Runner-Up Club Champion in 2004. In 2005, Crich & District H.S won the Fed's Club Championship, so as you can see it is one of the strongest Club's in the North Derbyshire Federation. In 2005 I only competed in limited racing due to other commitments, but still finished 3rd Highest Prizewinner in the Fed, with winnings of over £300. These results have been acheived whilst working FULL time and without the help of any-one else - no loft managers at Windmill View Lofts ! ! !

Loft managers at Windmill View Lofts.  No racing has been done in 2006 and none is envisaged in 2007 at the current time".

The pigeons pictured above on the Montage are the pigeons which won the North Derby's Fed's Land Average. For your information I have listed their breeding

• 04 Z 17525 Cheq w/f Hen, she is a daughter of "Luke" when paired to "Silver Dream". "Silver Dream" is also the dam of "Missy", so this young hen is a half sister to "Missy".

• 04 Z 17529 Cheq Hen, she is a daughter of "Young Hawk" & "Polly", making her a full sister to "Birthday Girl". GB 04 Z 17529 has now had 3xlsts & she won the Jack Cutty Cup for 1 st Club Falaise, 9th North Derbyshire Fed, 1,750 birds (and a very poor trap).

• 04 X 72101 Mosaic Hen, bred by Frank Dixon, super hen from his Schalie Bange lines. Frank tells me that this line of pigeon win right out to 500 miles.

• 04 A 31707 Blue Hen, she is a daughter of "Big 27" & "Missy" (see stud book - pair 4). This hen has now won 2x1 st's, lx2nd and lx4th also 5th Club (when beaten by 4 loft-mates), she is nest-sister to "Super Slaty" and sister to "28", 1st 2,169 birds for me this year.

• 04 A 31709 Blue Hen, she is a daughter of "Showman" (son of "Frank" & "Jemma" - see pair 5), when paired to "556", a daughter of "Berwick Boy".

• 04 E 72821 Pencil Hen, she is a direct daughter of "Frank" & "Jemma" (see pair 5).

• 04 Z 17502 Blue w/f Cock, this cock is a direct son of "Beckham" (see pair 8). "Beckham" is a direct son of "Frank" & "Jemma". The dam of GB 04 Z 17502 is "Sabrina", prizewinner, and full sister to Fed winners, a direct daughter of "Luke" (see pair 3).
